Key Responsibilities
You will play a central role in understanding, analyzing and challenge business needs in relation to our company’s processes, systems and technology requirements. You will be responsible for identifying technology opportunities and together with project teams recommend IT solutions that will improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency. This entails advising about and participating in projects regarding architectural and application design, development and implementations within the digital value chain.
You will coordinate and act as a liaison between the IT team, colleagues and external suppliers, ensuring smooth implementation and operation of all IT systems/applications (Microsoft platform) as well as a smooth communication and collaboration between stakeholders. In addition, you will be responsible for project management/parts of IT projects, including training users on customizations, providing advanced support and advising on the use of the applications. Finally, you will ensure that our network and IT infrastructure is fully operational, and that security is at a top level.
Your work will include, but is not limited to the following
- Ensure a live network that lives up to state-of-the-art requirements
- Responsible for IT infrastructure/IT Operations in cooperation with rest of the team
- Provide IT solution consultancy and IT support to all users (150 employees in total, of which 60 are in DK)
- Drive/participate/develop firewall (Cisco Meraki), Azure & Entra and E5 security setup
- Familiar with Business Central and Dynamics 365 Sales / Field Service suite
- Coordinate with external suppliers when significant changes/upgrades are needed
Your background and skills
Several different backgrounds may have paved the way to this position, but we imagine that you have a broad, ‘hands on’ IT background, great IT Infrastructure/Operations skills with an educational background within IT (e.g. ‘IT Teknolog’, ‘Datamatiker’, ‘IT Supporter’, 'Bachelor in IT' or similar), and you have worked in a functional IT supporter/IT Operations/IT Infrastructure role. Above all, you are used to prioritizing and planning IT Operations and Support activities and meeting deadlines and following up with stakeholders. You are self driven and can take lead by yourself, when issues needs to be solved
Furthermore
- You are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English (German is an advantage, but not a requirement)
- You possess business acumen, and you are a proactive and systematic thinker
- You have experience from a 'hands on' IT Operations/Infrastructure role
- You keep up to date on developments within your field of expertise
- You possess patience and great communication/project management skills when interacting with fellow colleagues
- You are an open go-to person, a team player, who enjoys helping others to succeed in their work
- You perform in an international growth company by using your positive, social and cultural intelligence in the daily stakeholder management
