WindowMaster exceeds Revenue and EBITDA guidance for 2022 with Revenue of DKK 242-243m and EBITDA of DKK 16.5-17.5m

Based on continued strong business performance throughout December, WindowMaster exceeds the 2022 guidance for Revenue and EBITDA.
Compared to the announcement made on December 7th 2022 (Company Announcement No 031-2022), Revenue is now expected to be around DKK 242-243m (previous expectation: DKK 233-236m) and EBITDA around DKK 16.5-17.5m (previous expectation: DKK 14-16m).*)
The improvements relate to the Nordics, Switzerland and North America and reflects a faster implementation of the new strategy ‘Accelerate Core’ that was launched in the Summer of 2022.
With the expected revenue growth for 2022 (14.5%) we are already well within the newly announced growth range of the Accelerate Core Strategy of 10-15% revenue growth.
The outlook for 2023 is unchanged with an expected revenue of DKK 260-270m and EBITDA of DKK 23-28m.
The annual report for 2022 will be published on 2nd of March 2023, as previously announced.
*All figures for 2022 are expected figures as the year end closing process is still ongoing. The figures are therefore still subject to final closing adjustments and unaudited.
